Quality education and care is ensured at The Junction. We achieve this through our incredibly passionate teaching team who deliver individualised play-based learning that incorporates the needs, interests and culture of each child in our care. Our Offering
Infants & Toddlers
Infants and toddlers from 3mths - 2 years are cared for by our passionate teachers in our Nursery room. We follow the work of Magda Gerber and Emmi Pikler with the RIE philosophy which focuses on respectful education and care. Our beautiful homely environment is full of natural, high quality, open-ended resources.
Young Children
Our older children are empowered to solve problems, seek challenge and inquire through their interests and curiosity. Early literacy and numeracy are introduced in age-appropriate ways through a play-based curriculum. Our teaching team support children in developing key self-help skills, extending emotional intelligence and supporting relationship skills. We foster an environment that encourages self-expression, communication, resilience and creativity.
